Júlia Karová
Júlia is an active athlete who, among other successes from national and international competitions, won the title of world champion in the bikini fitness masters category in 2020 under the banner of the IFBB. He is constantly learning in his field through courses, as well as through the study of physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. “In my work with clients, I also emphasize the psychological aspect. With increasing experience, I realize more and more that the training of mental and emotional skills is extremely important for success both in sports and in life outside of sports.”

– Certified trainer in fitness and bodybuilding I. and II. qualification level
