How does cryotherapy work?
You enter the cryochamber for a period of 2 to 5 minutes. You will wear your underwear or swimwear, shoes and we will provide you with the necessary protective equipment – a headband, gloves and a face mask. After the therapy, you have at your disposal a stationary bicycle to warm up your body for a recommended duration of at least 5 to 10 minutes. The entire procedure (preparation, stay in the cryochamber, warming up) takes 20 minutes.
