Jakub Greš, dipl.f.

Jakub is a physiotherapist specializing in functional training and mobility, with an approach focused on a comprehensive understanding of movement and body stabilization in fundamental movement patterns such as squats, lunges, and push-ups. He helps not only address movement restrictions and pain but, most importantly, prevent injuries and improve overall movement efficiency.

Before working as a physiotherapist, he spent 14 years as a professional football player in the top league and was part of the Slovak national team under 17. Thanks to his own sports career, he understands the needs of athletes and knows how important it is to keep the body in peak condition, prevent injuries, and recover effectively.
