The content of the operating order is not final. The operator may extend, change and revise these provisions from time to time. The operator is obliged to publish all such changes on the website www.365fitco.sk in the premises of 365Fit&Co.
The operator is obliged to store the operating order in a place to which staff, visitors, and members will have free access.
At. II
Type and method of providing services
2.1 The operator is a commercial company that operates a sports relaxation facility – 365Fit&Co. The premises of 365Fit&Co are located in the multifunctional complex GALLERIA EUROVEA, Pribinova 8, Bratislava. The aim and purpose of 365Fit&Co is sports enjoyment and regeneration of its members. A member of 365Fit&Co is a natural or legal person who has signed a membership contract. The operator provides services related to a healthy lifestyle, in particular services: Fitness&Cardio, Body&Mind, Wellness, massages and other services within the framework of physical culture.
2.2 365Fit&Co profiles itself as a sports, relaxation and healthy lifestyle club for adults, not as a youth club or a club for children.
2.3 The method of providing services is understood as enabling members and visitors/clients to use the services of 365Fit&Co, based on the proper payment of the membership fee in one of the forms listed in Art. VII. of these Operating Rules. It is not possible to enter the 365Fit&Co operation if there is a risk of exceeding the specified capacity (the capacity is determined by the Operator). Client, for the purposes of these Operating Rules, is understood as a natural person and a legal entity that receives services from the Operator in accordance with these Operating Rules.
Art. III
Conditions of operation and principles of health protection of visitors / members and employees of 365Fit&Co
3.1. In terms of layout, the 365Fit&Co premises are divided into individual operations: Fitness&Cardio, Body&Mind, Wellness, (hereinafter referred to as “Operations”) The premises of the individual Operations are maintained by the Operator during the provision of services in accordance with Art. IX kept clean and tidy.
3.2. When using tools and objects intended for the activities listed in Art. II, members are obliged to follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the individual devices and the instructions of the responsible persons in 365Fit&Co, so as not to endanger their health or damage the property of the Operator or other persons. Ventilation, heating and lighting of the Operation is provided by the Operator. First-aid kits located in Prevádzka are equipped with basic medical supplies and are regularly checked.
3.3. The notice about the prohibition of smoking and the notice about the prohibition of handling open flames is posted in a visible place.
3.4. The hot tubs on the outdoor terrace of the 365Fit&Co premises fall into the category of artificial swimming pools according to Decree 308/2012 Coll. and meet all conditions of operation of such types of swimming pools. On their basis, the bathing areas are in accordance with the aforementioned decree in terms of access, as well as hygienic and technical security:
and, Their capacity is 12 people and operation is ensured all year round.
b, Current information about the water temperature in the individual pools and the air temperature is displayed every day in a visible place. The average temperature of outdoor hot tubs is 35 degrees Celsius.
c, Cleaning and disinfection of operating areas, premises, equipment, sports equipment is performed daily by qualified personnel.
d. Continuous recirculation of water and its disinfection is ensured during operation of the pool.
e, Due to the volume of whirlpools up to 10 m3 and a separate recirculation system, the draining of the entire volume of water is ensured at least once a month.
f. After draining, the pool, including technical accessories that are in contact with water, is mechanically cleaned, disinfected and filled with water that meets the requirements of Annex 3 of the said decree.
g, The operator keeps proper records of the operation of the swimming pool and, in accordance with the decree, performs daily measurements of water temperature, water reaction, redox potential, values of free and bound chlorine and water transparency.
h, In addition, once a month the operator also provides measurements of the following water quality indicators: Escherichia coli, intestinal enterococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, culturable organisms at 36 ± 1°C, producers, consumers, chemical oxygen consumption by permanganate, copper, legionella species, ozone and total organic carbon.
i, Maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools is provided by a certified technician who holds a certificate of professional competence.
j, Visitors are obliged to observe the rules of conduct: take a shower before entering the pool, do not visit the pool in case of any contagious infectious or skin disease, observe the capacity of the pool and respect the instructions of the staff.
k. It is not allowed to use sports equipment in the swimming pools.
3.5. Wellness areas with saunas and a cooling pool meet all the conditions for the operation of facilities for the care of the human body in accordance with Decree 554/2007 z.z. In accordance with the decree, the operator ensures adequate maintenance of these facilities and at the same time establishes the following principles of behavior for visitors in the sauna and cooling pool:
a, Bathing in the sauna is primarily intended for healthy persons. Persons suffering from vascular and heart diseases can use the sauna after consulting a doctor. Persons suffering from symptoms of an acute illness, especially inflammation of the respiratory tract, with elevated temperatures, cough, runny nose, diarrhea, headaches, malaise are not allowed in the sauna; further, persons with open purulent or bloody wounds, etc. Entry is not allowed to persons suffering from communicable diseases, persons carrying bacilli, as well as persons who have had a communicable disease in the immediate vicinity. Entry is not allowed to persons under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, infested and dirty. Sauna workers are instructed about the obvious symptoms of the listed diseases. A complete and specific list of contraindications for sauna use is always displayed in a visible place in the wellness area. Persons suffering from diseases other than those mentioned here or in the specific list of contraindications, take sauna at their own risk, even if they have sought the advice of a doctor.
b, Before entering the sauna, the visitor is obliged to shower thoroughly and enter the sauna without a swimsuit, dry and wrapped in a sheet. It is allowed to sit or lie on the sheet in the sauna, as long as the number of visitors allows it.
c. In the sauna, it is recommended to breathe through the mouth, because the high temperature and dry air dry out the mucous membrane and can cause headaches. The recommended length of stay in the sauna is 10-15 minutes, depending on the condition, this procedure can be completed several times and interrupted by a shower or a bath in the cooling pool, before which it is necessary to shower.
d. In the sauna, it is necessary to behave politely, not to talk loudly and to be considerate of other visitors.
e, In case of nausea during a visit to the sauna, it is necessary to immediately seek the staff.
f. Children may not stay in the cabin without adult supervision.
g. It is forbidden to take electrical devices into the sauna.
h, Only the operator or a person authorized by him (operating staff) may manipulate the device.
i, The saunas are operated as well as the maintenance of the cooling pool by qualified personnel. The water from the sauna’s cooling pool is drained daily, the walls and bottom of the pool are mechanically cleaned, disinfected and rinsed with clean water/ since it must be drained daily, the walls and bottom of the pool must be mechanically cleaned, disinfected and rinsed with clean water. If a recirculating pool is used to cool the body, the water in the pool must be changed at least once a month. Water quality control is carried out once every six months in the range of indicators for pools with water recirculation, specified in paragraph 3.4. of this operating procedure. In addition, pH and free chlorine concentration are monitored and recorded daily in the cooling pool.
j. The storage and cleaning of linen in the wellness areas is provided by qualified personnel, and the linen is thoroughly washed and disinfected after each individual use by the visitor.
k, The cleaning of the wellness areas is ensured by qualified personnel several times a day, so that the hygiene principles and the principles of safe operation of the facilities are observed.
3.6. 365 Fit&Co also provides massage services, which are provided exclusively by persons with the professional competence to perform these activities, which means the acquisition of a complete secondary education in the field of study of masseuses or masseuses for the visually impaired. The responsible person is Ladislav Nagy, holder of a graduate diploma from the Faculty of Physical Education of the Comenius University.
3.7. Waste collection is ensured by means of collection bins, which are placed appropriately and in sufficient numbers throughout the premises of 365Fit&Co. Waste removal is provided by the lessor of the premises – GALLERIA EUROVEA, which is responsible for safe removal and disposal of waste
Art. IV
Membership, member, member, membership card 365Fit&Co
4.1 The terms membership, member, member and 365Fit&Co membership card are defined in the General Conditions of 365Fit&Co membership, which are an integral part of the membership agreement.
4.2 The individual types of membership offered depend on the business strategy of the Operator. The operator’s reception and sales department are ready to inform you about the complete offer and the current prices of 365Fit&Co services, which are listed in the valid 365Fit&Co price list on the website www.365fitco.sk
4.3 A member of 365Fit&Co is obliged to follow the provisions of the membership agreement, the provisions of the general conditions of membership in 365 Fit&Co, as well as the provisions stated in these operating regulations.
4.4 The protection of personal data of members is dealt with in the general conditions of membership in 365Fit&Co.
4.5 Each 365Fit&Co member receives a membership card that allows him to enter and exit the 365 Fit&Co premises and use the services offered according to the type of membership. The membership card is non-transferable. The membership card is issued for the period of validity of the membership agreement. After the end of the membership (the validity of the membership contract), the member is obliged to return the membership card to the 365 Fit&Co reception without undue delay.
4.6 Membership does not automatically allow free participation in special courses, promotions and other events organized by 365 Fit&Co.
4.7 Membership of 365 Fit&Co is continuous and cannot be interrupted/suspended. Exceptions are the cases specified in the General Terms and Conditions of 365 Fit&Co membership.
At. V
Visitor/Member Guidelines, Restrictions and Prohibitions
5.1 The visitor/member of 365 Fit&Co is entitled to use the Operations, draw services and purchase goods only in accordance with the provisions stated in Article VII. of this operating procedure.
5.2 A 365 Fit&Co member will always present himself at the reception with a membership card and, upon request, an identity document.
5.3 Only a person older than 18 may use the Services.
5.4 A person between the ages of 12 and 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Minors”) may also become a member of the Club, whose membership can be purchased by a legal representative, who at the same time signs the legal representative’s written consent to the Minor’s membership (hereinafter referred to as the “Declaration”):
a) that the person for whose benefit the membership is purchased is sufficiently familiar with his obligations arising from the 365 Fit&Co Operating Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Operating Regulations”) and is reasonably mature enough to comply with these obligations, and
b) that he is fully responsible for such a person even if the legal representative does not accompany him in the premises of 365 Fit&Co. Minors (youth between 12 and 18 years old) may visit 365 Fit&Co only on the basis of a signed Declaration.
5.5 In the event that the responsibility for the Minor is assumed by a fitness trainer in the premises of the Operator as part of the agreement on the assumption of responsibility and during the lesson and course and/or personal training, this responsibility is transferred when the person enters the relevant Operation and is taken over by the fitness trainer. Until this time, his legal representative is responsible for the movement of the Minor.
5.6 For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the Premises.
5.7 With the consent of the responsible person of 365 Fit&Co and accompanied by a foreign person – a visitor – the premises of 365 Fit&Co may enter. Visit means a natural person who is not an employee or worker of the Operator, or who is not a member or who does not enter 365 Fit&Co for the purpose of drawing services or purchasing goods. During their stay at 365 Fit&Co, the visitor is obliged to comply with all rules and orders set by the Operator.
5.8 Persons who are not allowed to use 365 Fit&Co services:
a) persons with a medical condition that precludes the safe operation of sports or physically demanding activities,
b) persons under the influence of alcohol, any narcotic or psychotropic substances or other addictive substances,
c) persons in soiled clothing, footwear, or obviously inappropriate clothing, or clothing that arouses public outrage,
d) persons to whom the Operator has banned entry.
5.9 Employees of 365 Fit&Co and persons authorized by the Operator to ensure safety and order in 365 Fit&Co. (hereinafter referred to as “personnel”) are entitled at any time to ask persons who are not allowed to use the services of 365 Fit&Co to leave 365 Fit&Co. This also applies to persons whose behavior disrupts or restricts members, other visitors, or 365 Fit&Co staff in its proper use.
5.10 Verbal or physical attack on another person, rude behavior, or threats are considered interference or restriction of members, visitors or staff. Such action is considered a gross violation of the operating rules. The offending member, visitor or other person is obliged to comply with the staff’s request immediately. If he does not do so, he may be expelled from 365 Fit&Co.
5.11 In the event of a gross violation of the operating rules, the Operator has the right to prevent a member or visitor from entering 365 Fit&Co, or to withdraw from the membership contract, if it is concluded and valid, thereby terminating the membership contract without the right to a refund of the membership fee.
At. VI
Obligations of members and visitors of 365 Fit&Co
6.1 Members or visitors of 365 Fit&Co are obliged to:
a) observe the strict ban on smoking in the premises of 365 Fit&Co. Smoking in the premises of 365 Fit&Co is considered as behavior restricting other members/visitors from its proper use,
b) use exercise tools, fitness machines and other 365 Fit&Co equipment only in the manner intended for this purpose. They are obliged to behave in such a way that there is no harm to them, nor to endanger their own health, or the health of other members/visitors, or to damage the property of the Operator and other persons, and they are obliged to observe the hygiene rules consisting in the use of a towel when lying down and sitting on strength machines and equipment,
c) follow the instructions of the 365 Fit&Co staff,
d) during the use of 365 Fit&Co, use clothing, footwear and sports equipment, and aids suitable for performing the relevant sports activity in such a way that they do not endanger their health or the health of other members/visitors and do not pollute the premises of 365 Fit&Co,
e) in case of violation of any of the obligations specified in these operating regulations, the member or visitor is obliged to leave the premises of 365 Fit&Co and may be banned from entering by the Operator.
f) on the basis of the Operator’s decision, certain types, scope, or quality of provided services may be limited for a certain period of time. For example, due to the holding of special actions or events in the premises of 365 Fit&Co, or for technical or personnel reasons and reasons. For this time, only persons designated by the Operator’s decision are authorized to use 365 Fit&Co, or its parts.
6.2 The member/visitor is entitled to request the reservation of the requested service. The requested reservation will be realized by 365 Fit&Co, as long as the requested type of service allows it.
At. VII.
Use of 365 Fit&Co
7.1 Members/visitors of 365 Fit&Co are entitled to use 365 Fit&Co services only if:
a) are members of 365 Fit&Co and have a valid membership, or
b) they are guests of a 365 Fit&Co member and are registered at the 365 Fit&Co reception, and when registering at the 365 Fit&Co reception, they also agreed to these operating regulations and the use of 365 Fit&Co services is in accordance with the member’s membership, or
c) they were registered at the 365 Fit&Co reception for a one-time entry to 365 Fit&Co, which is charged according to the valid F365 it&Co price list, and when registering at the 365 Fit&Co reception, they also agreed to this operating procedure,
d) they are holders of a Multisport card and had their multisport card scanned at the 365 Fit&Co reception before entering the facility, or
e) are paying visitors to a one-time event or event organized or co-organized by 365 Fit&Co.
7.2 Payment of the price of purchased services and goods according to the 365 Fit&Co price list is made before leaving 365 Fit&Co:
a) by cash payment at the reception, or an equivalent accepted by 365 Fit&Co (hereinafter referred to as “cash payment”),
b) by a payment card accepted by 365 Fit&Co,
c) payment from the member card holder’s account, while the member card account must have a sufficient credit balance to cover his account. If the credit balance on the member’s card is lower than his account, the owner of the member’s card is obliged to pay the difference in cash, by payment card.
7.3 The owner of the membership card is also entitled to top up the membership card with additional credit.
At. VIII.
General conditions of stay at 365 Fit&Co
8.1 To move around the Fit&Co premises, it is necessary to use an activated membership card. Any and all consumption by a member or client/visitor, as well as services ordered beyond the scope of services that are included in the membership, are recorded on the membership card.
8.2 The final payment for purchased services and purchased goods in 365 Fit&Co is made upon leaving 365Fit&Co. When paying in cash, the member or client/visitor always recalculates the expense after payment. Later complaints will not be accepted.
8.3 Members or visitors, using payment from the account, who do not have sufficient balance on the account, will pay the difference by paying at the reception on the given day. The member/visitor is entitled to pay the price of services and products purchased at 365 Fit&Co in cash. If a member forgets his membership card, he is entitled to use services if he shows a valid ID to the staff at the reception, so that his identification data can be verified and a replacement card can be issued. Issuance of a replacement card may be charged according to the 365 Fit&Co price list.
8.4 Lockers are used to store things in the dressing rooms. The lock works with a PIN code and the client is familiar with its operation during the first visit to the fitness center.
8.5 The operator is only responsible for damage to items stored in places designated for that purpose in accordance with Article X of these operating regulations.
8.6 If a member or visitor does not have a locker rented from the Operator, they are obliged to empty the locker and leave it unlocked every time they leave.
8.7 If the member or visitor does not empty the locker according to point 8.6 of this article, the Operator has the right to lockers that remain locked even after the operating hours, or after the lease period, forcefully open. The operator is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the violation of the obligation to leave the cabinet empty and unlocked.
8.8 The operator undertakes to min. Store items found in a forcibly opened cabinet for 14 (fourteen) days. When handing over the items, the Operator will charge the member or visitor a one-time handling fee of EUR 20.00 (in words: twenty euros)
At. IX
Holders of the Multisport Card
9.1. Holders of the multisport card are entitled to use the following services at 365 Fit&Co: fitness, wellness, group exercises and bootcamp.
9.2. In one day, the holder of the multisport card can use only 1 of the listed services, a maximum of 1 time.
9.3. The following restrictions apply when using the wellness area:
– the time spent in the wellness center is limited to a maximum of 120 minutes
– the wellness can be visited with a Multisport card on weekdays only between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m
9.4. The following restrictions apply when using fitness:
– the time spent in the fitness center is not limited
9.5. When using group exercises and bootcamps:
– the time of stay in the Fit&Co premises when using these two services is limited to 100 minutes, while the start of the visit is counted from the entrance through the turnstile at the Fit&Co reception and the visit ends when leaving the Fit&Co premises, passing through the turnstile at the Fit&Co reception.
At. X
Special promotions and events
10.1 Special events are extraordinary, mostly one-off, pre-announced sports events with the provision of services of a certain type, which have a limited scope, a limited number of visitors and a fixed price. The entrance fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable. The restriction of operation in connection with the organization of special events will be announced in advance by posters placed in the premises of 365 Fit&Co and on the website www.fitco.sk.
10.2 If the visitor presents a medical certificate that he is not medically fit to participate in the special event, at least 1 day in advance, he can offer already purchased tickets for sale at the 365 Fit&Co reception. There is no legal right to sell tickets.
At. XI
Responsibility
Liability of the member/visitor for damage caused by him/her:
11.1 a member or visitor of 365 Fit&Co is obliged to behave in the Operations in such a way as not to disturb the comfort of other members or visitors, to prevent damage to health and property, and not to interfere with the work duties of 365 Fit&Co employees or staff,
11.2 a member or visitor of 365 Fit&Co is responsible for damage caused to the Operator by the loss of borrowed sports equipment, sports clothing, shoes, towels, keys, etc.
11.3 in the event that a member or visitor causes damage by his/her actions, by which he/she violated the above-mentioned obligation or another legal obligation, he/she is fully responsible for it in accordance with the provisions of § 420 of Act no. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) as amended.
The Operator’s responsibility for damage to brought in or left over items:
11.5 for valuables properly stored in lockable cabinets, which were also closed by members/visitors in accordance with the instructions, and for which keys/locks were provided by the operator, the operator is only liable up to EUR 332. Valuable things are mainly mobile phones, cameras, jewelry, etc. The member/visitor is obliged to report damage to any locker and loss of personal belongings stored in it to the responsible 365 Fit&Co employee without undue delay.
11.6 lockers in the dressing rooms are not intended for storing jewellery, cash, mobile phones, laptops and other valuables.
11.7 the right to compensation for damage must be claimed by the member or visitor with the Operator without unnecessary delay. The right expires if it has not been exercised no later than the fifteenth day after the day when the injured party became aware of the damage.
Liability for defects in goods:
11.8 In the event that the goods purchased from the Operator have defects, the member or visitor is entitled to indicate these defects in the complaint process during the warranty period with the Operator. Defects are reported at the 365 Fit&Co reception. In the case of complaints, the member or visitor is obliged to present proof of purchase of the goods.
Liability for other damage:
11.9 Liability for other damage is governed by § 420 et seq. Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) as amended.
Liability for misuse of the membership card:
11.10 In case of loss of the card, the member is obliged to immediately notify 365 Fit&Co of this fact and request that the card be blocked. Until the permanent card is blocked, the Operator is not responsible for its misuse by a third party.
At. XII
The method and frequency of cleaning the premises of 365 Fit&Co
12.1 Disinfection of surfaces as well as wet mechanical cleaning of floors and personal hygiene equipment in 365 Fit&Co is carried out during the night, but also throughout the day as needed.
12.2 Waste containers placed in the Facility are emptied throughout the day as needed.
12.3 Lighting fixtures and windows are protected from breakage by a sufficient distance from members and visitors, respectively from machines and equipment, and are cleaned as needed.
12.4 Disinfection, cleaning, cleaning, as well as all activities related to cleanliness and order in 365 Fit&Co are the responsibility of the company, which performs this activity on the basis of a contractual relationship with the Operator. As of the date of publication of these operating regulations, cleaning services are provided by the company GEMINI – cleaning and cleaning services registered office: Kutlíkova 8. At. XIII
Final provisions
13.1 The Operator is entitled to change or supplement the provisions of the operating rules and the General Terms and Conditions of membership in 365 Fit&Co based on changes in the Operation, requirements of 365 Fit&Co members and feedback from 365 Fit&Co members. Changes or additions to the operating procedure and the General Terms and Conditions of 365 Fit&Co membership are effective for members as well as other 365 Fit&Co visitors on the day of their publication in the 365 Fit&Co premises and on the 365 Fit&Co website www.365fitco.sk. Members and visitors of 365 Fit&Co are obliged to familiarize themselves with changes or additions to the rules of operation and the General Conditions of Membership in 365 Fit&Co.
13.2 The Operator is entitled to adjust in more detail the individual rights and obligations of the Operator, members and visitors in specific Operations.
13.3 Specific rules for Wellness Operations are set out in Appendix no. 1.
13.4 Specific rules for the Body&Mind Operation are set out in Appendix no. 2.
13.5 Specific rules for the Fitness&Cardio Operation are set out in Appendix no. 3.

Annex no. 1
Specific rules for Wellness Operations
1. General rules
1.1 The specific rules of operation are in accordance with Art. XII point 12.3 by supplementing the operating procedure. The client of 365 Fit&Co is obliged to behave in the Operations in such a way as not to disturb the comfort of other members, to avoid damage to health and property, and not to interfere with the work duties of 365 Fit&Co employees and staff.
1.2 The operating hours are visibly marked. No person is authorized to enter the Operation outside of operating hours.
1.3 Type and method of providing Wellness services: Finnish sauna, sanatorium, steam cabin, spatial ice maker, Kneipp path, cooling pool for 365 Fit&Co members.
2. Health contraindications to services, prohibitions applicable in the Wellness Operation
2.1 A visit to the Wellness Center is primarily intended for healthy persons. A visit to the Wellness Center is not recommended for people suffering from vascular and heart diseases, inflammatory diseases of internal organs and diseases of the respiratory system. A visit to the wellness center is also not recommended for people suffering from psychoses or claustrophobia.
The ban on entering the Wellness Facility applies to:
a) persons under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances or other addictive substances,
b) persons with animals,
c) persons suffering from communicable infectious diseases (in case of doubt, the member may be asked for confirmation from a doctor) or persons with open wounds, or skin problems, or suffering from any disease threatening the health of other members,
d) persons who intend to use 365 Fit&Co for commercial or non-standard use without the permission of the management of 365 Fit&Co,
e) dirty persons, in dirty clothes,
f) children younger than 12 years.
2.1.1 For safety reasons, persons who cannot move independently or dress and undress without the help of another person, as well as persons with significant physical or mental disabilities, are only allowed to enter the Wellness Facility with an accompanying person.
2.1.2 Children older than 12 years and younger than 15 years (children who have reached the age of 15 must show their identity card at the request of the Club staff) are allowed entry only when accompanied by a person older than 18 years and until 8:00 p.m.
3. The following is prohibited in the Wellness Facility:
smoking
bringing in and using glass objects (including bottles),
photographing or filming people as well as groups without their consent (for photography and filming for commercial purposes and printing, it is necessary to obtain permission from the management of 365 Fit&Co),
any erotic or sexual behavior
create excessive noise and restrict the comfort of other visitors with their behavior,
to run (resulting in the risk of injury from slipping),
use of sports equipment (including jacuzzi, swimming pool and saunas),
use of shampoos, body products or other drugstore goods outside the showers,
use of shaving products,
entering with chewing gum and consuming any meals and dishes,
reading magazines, daily newspapers, books, etc. in saunas and hot tubs,
interfere with technical equipment and devices, and go to areas outside the turnstiles,
request services from the staff that contradict the operating procedure.
4. Operating instructions for visitors
4.1 The member/visitor is obliged to take a shower before entering the Wellness Facility.
4.2 The member/visitor is obliged to leave the premises of the Wellness Center no later than 15 minutes before the end of the operating hours.
4.3 The member/visitor is obliged to observe cleanliness and hygiene in the premises of the Wellness Facility, to treat the facilities of the Facility with care and not to damage the premises of the Wellness Facility.
4.4 The member/visitor is obliged to immediately inform the staff in case of detected and sudden health problems.
4.5 In the event of technical reasons, the operator reserves the right to adjust the operating hours for security reasons. In the case of the above-mentioned facts, the Operator is not obliged to pay the entrance fee or compensate the member/visitor in any other way.
4.6 The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries and injuries caused by the visitor/member through his own carelessness or non-compliance with the operating procedure or these Specific Rules.
5. Liability, safety and health principles
Members/visitors use the Wellness Facility at their own risk.
The Wellness Center has a first aid kit in a suitable and accessible place, equipped in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No. 554/2007 on details of requirements for human body care facilities as amended.
In the event of injury to staff or a member/visitor, the affected area must be immediately rinsed with water and then disinfected. In case of contamination of hands with biological material, hands must be washed and disinfected with Sanytol disinfectant gel, a preparation with bactericidal and virucidal effects.
Surfaces and devices that have been contaminated with biological material must be disinfected with a preparation with a broad spectrum of microbicidal effect, Savo disinfection, before cleaning.
At Prevádzka Wellness, it is equipped with a sufficient amount of cleaning and disinfecting agents, as well as clean linen. It is allowed to use only harmless products from the distribution network (sauna aromas…).
Personnel must have personal protective work equipment according to the type of activities performed, especially work clothes and work shoes.
All sauna areas, objects and equipment are continuously kept clean, at least once a day all sauna areas must be washed with water and detergent, scrubbed with a brush and disinfected with a disinfectant. Toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels are replenished daily (but hot air hand dryers are not installed).
The water from the cooling pool (if one is in operation) must be drained daily after operation, the walls and bottom of the pool must be mechanically cleaned and disinfected with a disinfectant solution and then properly sprayed with clean water. If a pool with water recirculation is used, the water in the pool must be changed at least once a month.
The water quality is checked once every 6 months within the range of indicators for pools with water recirculation established in the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the SR No. 72/2008 Coll. on details of requirements for swimming pool water quality, bathing water and its control and swimming pools. Laboratory examination is provided by RÚVZ hl.m. SR Bratislava.
There must be a sufficient amount of linen in the facility, appropriate for the expected number of visitors/members. Clean linen must be used for each visitor/member. When handling linen, there must be no mutual contact or confusion between clean and used linen.
6. Exceptions
6.1 The operator reserves the right to grant exceptions from the operating regulations and the Specific Rules of the Wellness Operation.
Annex no. 2
Specific rules for the Operation of Body&Mind
general rules
1.1 The specific rules of operation are within the meaning of Art. XII point 12.4 by supplementing the operating procedure. The client of 365 Fit&Co is obliged to behave in the Operations in such a way as not to disturb the comfort of other members, to avoid damage to health and property, and not to interfere with the work duties of 365 Fit&Co employees and staff.
The hours of operation are clearly marked. No person is authorized to enter the Operation outside of operating hours.
1.3 Entry is permitted only after the opening of the Business and the arrival of the fitness trainer on duty.
Prohibitions applied in the Body&Mind Operation
2.1 The ban on entering the Body&Mind Operation applies to:
persons under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances or other addictive substances,
people with animals,
persons suffering from communicable infectious diseases (in case of doubt, the client may be asked for confirmation from a doctor) or persons with open wounds, or skin problems, or suffering from any disease that threatens the health of other visitors,
persons who intend to use the Club for commercial or non-standard use without the permission of the management of Fit&Co,
dirty persons, in soiled clothes and shoes,
2.1.1 Minors are only allowed entry under the conditions stated in the general terms of membership of Fit&Co.
2.2 The following is prohibited in the Body&Mind Operation:
smoking
bringing in and using glass objects (including bottles),
photographing or filming people as well as groups without their consent (for photography and filming for commercial purposes and printing, permission must be obtained from the Fit management)
limit the comfort of other clients with your behavior and do not disrupt the course of the lesson
consume any foods and dishes
interfere with the technical equipment of the halls (air conditioning, sound system, lighting)
pass outside the turnstiles
request services from the staff that contradict the operating procedure.
3. Operating Instructions for Members/Visitors
3.1 The member/visitor is obliged to wear clean and suitable sports shoes.
3.2 The member/visitor is required to use a towel.
3.3 The member/visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the lecturer.
3.4 The member/visitor is obliged to observe cleanliness and hygiene in the halls of the Operation.
3.5 The member/visitor is obliged to store the used tools in the designated place after the lesson (do not take the tools out of the Operations halls).
3.6 The member/visitor is obliged to immediately inform the lecturer in case of detected and sudden health problems.
3.7 The member/visitor is obliged to treat the Club’s facilities with care and not to damage the premises of 365 Fit&Co.
3.8 In the event of technical reasons, the operator reserves the right to adjust the operating hours for security reasons. In the case of the above-mentioned facts, the Operator is not obliged to pay the entrance fee or compensate the member/visitor in any other way.
3.9 The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries and injuries caused by the member/visitor through their own carelessness or non-compliance with the operating procedure or these Specific Rules.

1.1 The specific rules of operation are within the meaning of Art. XII point 12.5 by supplementing the operating procedure. The client of 365 Fit&Co is obliged to behave in the Operations in such a way as not to disturb the comfort of other members, to avoid damage to health and property, and not to interfere with the work duties of 365 Fit&Co employees and staff.
1.2 Operating hours are visibly marked. No person is authorized to enter the Operation outside of operating hours. Entry is permitted only after the opening of the Business and the arrival of the fitness trainer on duty.

3.3 The member/visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the instructor and trainer.
3.4 The member/visitor is obliged to observe cleanliness and hygiene in the halls of the Operation.
3.5 The member/visitor is obliged to put the used tools in the place designated for him after the exercise (do not take the tools out of the Operations halls).
3.6 The member/visitor is obliged to use a disinfectant after finishing the exercise – aerobic machines.
3.7 The member/visitor is obliged to treat the facilities of the Business with care and not to damage the premises of the Business.
3.8 The member/visitor is obliged to immediately inform the fitness trainer or staff in case of detected and sudden health problems.
3.9 In the event of technical reasons, the operator reserves the right to adjust the operating hours for security reasons. In the case of the above-mentioned facts, the Operator is not obliged to pay the entrance fee or compensate the member/visitor in any other way.
3.10 The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries and injuries caused by the member/visitor through their own carelessness or non-compliance with the operating procedure or these Specific Rules.
5. Responsibility
Members/Visitors use the Fitness & Cardio Area at their own risk.
